Most refunds are generally processed within 10 working days. However, if it is taking longer than 10 working days since your refund was initiated, please reach out to us via Livechat or email us: hello@hoplocal.co. 

Tips: 

  • Refunds from HopLocal are always returned to the original payment method used for booking.
  • Some banks or credit card providers show the refund/credit far down on the statement next to the line item for the original purchase -that’s a great place to check! If you’re still having trouble finding your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for more information.
