Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that your plan can change or maybe flexibility is on your must-have list when booking an event, no worries we got you covered.
Cancel up to 48 hours before the event start time and get a full refund. 50% refund on cancellation after that.
Cancellation or any changes on the day of event are non-refundable.

Food is the most important aspect of team events. Organizing food for team events takes a lot of time and it's difficult to have food that meets everyone's dietary requirements. I was able to place an order for food through hoplocal and I messaged the host the requirements and the food was delivery nice and warm, on time and at location of my team event. Highly recommended, I will use Hoplocal again for sure
