My journey began in the hospitality business about 36 years ago, right from the beginning cooking had been my passion. I was working in India for 10 years before I moved to Estonia in 1991, as a chef at a restaurant at Raekoja plats. I worked there for about 8 years and then was working at different places in Estonia. Then in 2006 I thought of opening my restaurant with some good idea’s in mind. I had seen many places in Tallinn but just couldn’t find the right place. After looking through a lot of locations finally came across Bremen Käik 1 and at that moment I knew this was it. After compiling everything we opened our doors in June,2009. It seems like we started yesterday…

Food was really amazing- great taste and variations to choose from. And the service in Chakra is probably one of the best in town. Definitely recommend!
It's good overall, I would say 2 hours is a bit short for a dining experience. We have been warned couple of times that our table would need to be cleared up, 2.5 to 3 would be better to enjoy the food and conversation without a haste.
