Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that your plan can change or maybe flexibility is on your must-have list when booking an event, no worries we got you covered.
Cancel up to 48 hours before the event start time and get a full refund. 50% refund on cancellation after that.
Cancellation or any changes on the day of event are non-refundable.
The palace is great, there's a lot of drink options, good music and even though the bar is located in the city centre, the garden is very quiet.
I think the concept and location is great. The vibe of the place is really nice and very conducive for group bonding.
The cocktails were fine. However, there was only 1 person making the cocktails and serving so there was a bit of delay in us getting our drinks.
