ANTIPASTI: Caprese, olives, mixed Italian meat plate, selection of Italian cheese, Olive mix, Bruschetta, Eggplant cream, Tuna cream.

SALAD: Artichoke with sun-dried tomato, Fresh rucola with cherry tomato, cabbage with mayo, Olives and Kalamata mix, Corn with mayo, marinated baby carrot and seasonal natural vegetables.

SOUPS: Traditional Italian tomato soup, cream soup of seasonal vegetable, ragout soup with different kind of meats.

READY MEALS: Usually, it takes 4 kinds of meat ragout with four different side dishes (stuffed potato, rice, grilled vegetables, layered pasta, etc.)
