You had a change of plans and cannot make it to your experience at the planned date and time?
No worries! If you want to reschedule the date and time of your experience (or change the number of guests), you can do that within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before the experience starts.
Just log in to your HopLocal account and message the host using the HopLocal chatbox. Let the host know about the change in plan and agree with them on the new schedule.
In case there’s no agreement, you can then cancel your booking.
Please note that if you cancel a booking after having rescheduled it, the cancellation policy will apply based on the date of the original booking.
