If you cannot attend an experience on the booked date anymore, you have the option to reschedule your booking or to cancel it.
A booking can be rescheduled multiple times, as long as the date has not already passed! Find out how to reschedule your booking.
If you choose to cancel your booking, make sure to first have a look at our cancellation and refund policy to find out if you are eligible for the refund.
To cancel your booking, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the “Entries” and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
- Click the edit or pencil icon
- Select ‘decline’.
Important note: the cancellation will only be taken into account once you have clicked the “Decline” button and have validated your choice. Agreeing on cancellation with your host or requesting it via email will not affect the status of your booking and will not count for the application of the cancellation and refund policy.
